The minor in chemistry is ideal for students in other majors who have an interest in chemistry but whose schedules do not allow for a second major in chemistry. The minor consists of 22 credit hours, including courses in general 化学, 有机化学, 物理化学, and a 3 hour 3000-4000 level chemistry elective. Included in the minor are four semesters of laboratory coursework in general and organic chemistry.
